Swita Metal Roofing put a new roof on my mom’s 40+ year old farmhouse, and we couldn’t be happier! Mike and Mary were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They offered beautiful shingle options that definitely did not look like a “barn roof,” kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The installation team was absolutely top-notch! Carlos and his crew were incredibly friendly, professional, and did outstanding work. We truly couldn’t recommend Swita Metal Roofing more! If there were more than five stars, they’d get all of them! Thank you, Mike and Mary, for such amazing work!

Swita Metal Roofing did an absolutely phenomenal job installing a standing seam metal roof on our new construction home. From start to finish, their craftsmanship, professionalism, and pride in their work were evident in every detail. Their attention to detail was truly outstanding—every step in the process was executed with precision. The crew worked with such a high level of care and consistency. They showed up on time and worked with a level of dedication that immediately gave me confidence we chose the right company. The finished product is stunning. The roof not only elevates the appearance of our home, but it’s clear it was built to last. I give Swita Metal Roofing my highest recommendation. If you want a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional results, look no further. This is the company you want on your roof!

Swita Metal Roofing did an excellent job on our new EDCO premium metal roof. Mike Swita was very professional and thorough and any questions answered in minutes. His crew was fantastic often asking if we had any questions. The final result exceeded our expectations with a solid design and beautiful results. My wife and I highly recommend this company.

Mike came out promptly and supplied an estimate. His crew came the next week and had our new roof on in 2 days. Jose and his crew were great! We have gotten lots of compliments on our new roof.

We are so happy that we chose Swita Metal Roofing when replacing our shingled roof. Mike Swita's in-depth knowledge of both metal roofing and how it pairs with safe solar panel attachment was reassuring. The panels clip directly to the standing seam, keeping penetration of the roof to a minimum. He was prompt when meeting with us and providing an affordable quote. Throughout the project, he was in touch with us and easily answered any questions we had. During installation, we worked with Jose, the crew leader. He did a great job of explaining the process. As we had rain during the project, I truly appreciate the extra effort given to ensure the skylight and solar thermal pipe were waterproof during the storm. The entire team was efficient and respectful, cleaning up as they worked. We have received so many compliments on the roof! Overall, we are thrilled with the timeless beauty and the sustainability of our new metal roof.

Mike and his team were great to work with! Our roof was due for replacement and had certainly seen better days. We wanted something longer lasting and something that would better hold up to extreme weather, so a metal roof was the obvious choice for us. The process from start to finish was straightforward and streamlined and the final product looks amazing. I've included a before and after photo of the roof. We're very impressed with the look! We especially love how the roof venting now is much cleaner and streamlined. No more ugly box vents! Mike's crew were very dedicated, hard working, and courteous. The whole job took just over 3 days, a little longer due to storms on the first day. Was especially pleased to see them go over the whole work site with magnets and a keen eye to make sure things were picked up when they were done! Overall, a great experience and I'd certainly recommend working with Swita to anyone who asks!

Mike and Mary have been a pleasure to do business with. We had a serious problem with moisture dripping down into our bathroom wall. We found out we had to replace our entire existing roof with much of the decking. A black mold was growing and was affecting my health. We didn't want to ever have a roofing problem again as it's one of the most important ways to protect your home. I admit that I have to ask a lot of questions because I like to know how things work. Mike was very gracious with talking to me in detail what was going on with the old roof and what we needed to make sure we do things right. I was very much impressed with their prompt response in helping us in the middle of winter. Most roofers don't want to work in winter. It was an absolute blessing these guys could help us!!!! Our roof looks AMAZING!!!! We couldn't believe how different our house looks since putting on the standing seam metal roof! We've had so many people stop by to tell us our roof looks great. The number one question we get is if the metal is loud with rain. Not at all! It's a lot like having any other roof but just a little bit different sound. We've already had hail 3 times since the install 3 months ago. Not a problem! The wind and hail ratings are spectacular on the materials. We get a lot of wind here so this is perfect for us. Working with Swita, they had wonderful folks who worked fast on getting the roof done. Our project wasn't small and it was done in 3 days even though we had some extra work to be done. We had very little to pick up afterwards. It's important to note that no roofing job goes without some mess so I'm really impressed! Going with Swita Metal Roofing was one of the best choices we could make for our home. We should never have to to replace our roof again.

Delighted to have worked with Mike and Mary Swita to have our metal roof installed. Mike walked us through our options and helped us choose the right roof for our home. His crew were kind and cleanly and extremely hard workers (these guys put in 12 hours days to get our roof done in just 3 days). Minimal upset, quick installation, and Mike was very fair about unforeseen costs (new OSB needed and custom ventilation for our unusual house). Highly recommend working with Swita Metal Roofing!

Really helped us out by repairing another contractor's mistake that was letting water in the house during bad storms. Quick, efficient and courteous crew that got the job done.
